    Healthy Ponds for commercial application is divided into two basic treatment programs:  one is for maintaining pond health through the use of bacterial enzymes, the other is for mosquito control in stagnant water areas.

    You will be offering water care maintenance to customers on a monthly basis to aid in the reduction of excess nutrients that contribute to the formation of algae and weeds by using the Healthy Ponds bacterial enzymes.  You will also be able to minimize mosquitoes that breed in these ponds.

How Healthy Ponds Works for you:

  • You provide a monthly inspection and treatment program to enhance the appearance of ponds and help support fish and other beneficial organisms
  • You offer mosquito control on a bi-monthly or weekly basis to minimize problems with mosquitoes and to provide peace of mind
  • You sell your customers the products needed for the programs and collect a service fee while maintaining a record of pond treatments and progress 

The Basics of Using Healthy Ponds®

There are four basic steps for pond maintenance:

    1) Test the water

    2) Adjust pH within range

    3) Treat the water

    4) Test the water and retreat monthly (mosquito control, more frequently)

Healthy Ponds Products

    There is a Healthy Ponds product that will help you to provide the care your customer is looking for.

    Test Strips:

        1) 4 in 1 Test Strips

                Used to test pH, Alkalinity, Nitrate and Nitrite levels

        2) Ammonia Test Strips

                Used to measure ammonia where fish may be present

    pH Adjustment Products:

        1) pH Up and pH Down

                Use to increase pH or reduce pH into the normal 6 - 8.5 range

                Available in 16 oz, 7.5 lb and 50 lb sizes

    Dispensers

        1) Submersible Dispenser (treats up to 2500 gallons)

        2) AquaSphere Pro Dispenser (for larger ponds (1/4 acre or 1 acre)) 

    Bacterial Enzymes

        Treat Cold and Warm Water using AquaSphere Pro

     Mosquito Larvicide

          Mosquito Control 

             1) 2 lb jars, 10 lb & 40 lb bags
